Prioritization and Communication are key – what’s the starting point for a healthy data-driven organization? Take a quick inventory of your company bottlenecks. For instance:
A bank may look to reduce fraudulent activity at a certain location.
A restaurant may alter its hours of operation, to gain better traffic and align staffing with revenues.
All companies would like to eliminate costly and hard-to-find anomalies within the payroll.
How can you identify sales opportunities sooner and more accurately?
And then? Communicate - tell a story, become a vision caster with your staff. How can they help solve the identified problem? What opportunities are in it FOR them? Often a closed-door opens many more. In this case, a significant bottleneck is removed, money is saved and people are empowered. Thus, begins the adoption of AI within the organization’s culture.
